  • Automated appointment scheduling and management
  • Prescription refill request handling
  • Patient information collection
  • Professional website design and hosting for medical practices

The specifics of the services provided are outlined in individual contracts or agreements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement or on our pricing page.
  • All fees are due as specified in your agreement and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new customers as described on our website.

5. HIPAA Compliance

We take healthcare data privacy seriously. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with healthcare clients as required under HIPAA. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations regarding the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our services.
  • Use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology.
  • Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our AI receptionist is designed to assist with common patient interactions but is not a substitute for licensed medical professionals.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and any outstanding fees will become due.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetFrontDesk.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
